Shipping policy – dispatch criteria
At Exhibit Central, we ensure a smooth and efficient dispatch process to deliver your orders promptly. To initiate the dispatch of your products, the following criteria must be met:
- (a) Receipt of Full Payment or Signed Purchase Agreement.
- (b) Approval of Artwork by the Client.
Order & dispatch countdown period
The countdown for your order’s dispatch begins on the business day following the fulfillment of both criteria (a) and (b). This ensures that your order moves swiftly through our processing system, getting you closer to receiving your exhibit materials.

Standard Dispatch Times for Orders Without Artwork Requirements
If your order does not involve any artwork requirements, the dispatch process will commence on the business day following the fulfilment of criterion (a) as mentioned earlier.
Rest assured, a tracking number will be issued to you as soon as your shipment is booked or dispatched. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your order during transit.
Multiple product orders
For orders comprising multiple products, please be aware that items may arrive at different times and may be delivered by different carriers. This approach is designed to expedite the delivery process for your convenience.
Standard shipping (Australia wide): For all orders shipped within Australia, Exhibit Central offers a competitive standard shipping rate of $19.95 including GST ($18.14 excluding GST) per order. We do not ship overseas.
In-office pickup: If you are located near our office, you have the option to pick up your order in person. To take advantage of this option, please contact our customer support team to schedule a pickup time. Our office address is U10, 9-11 South Street, Rydalmere, 2116, NSW, Australia.
Customers providing incorrect shipping details: Exhibit Central kindly advises customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping information. In the event of incorrect shipping details, customers may incur additional charges for redirection or re-delivery to ensure your order reaches you as intended. We recommend double-checking your shipping information to prevent any potential issues.
In any situation where the customer may provide incorrect shipping details, the additional redirection or re-delivery fees will be passed onto the customer.

- Business name for delivery is different to the business name listed on the delivery address. Include the physical business name in the notes of the order if this is the case
