Can I pay for my pre-order now and receive my tax invoice before 30 June?
Yes. Once your order is finalised, we will issue a compliant tax invoice dated June 2026 and mark the order as PAID. This exact documentation allows your accounting team to claim the expense in the current financial year.
Can I pay a deposit now to lock in the pricing and pay the balance upon delivery in August?
No. To comply with EOFY tax deduction regulations and guarantee your allocation, all pre-orders must be paid in full by 30 June 2026 at 3 PM AEST to ensure we can issue your invoice before the business day ends. We cannot offer partial payments or deposit structures for this campaign.
Can I opt for bank transfer at checkout?
Yes. However, due to strict EOFY banking closeout periods, all bank transfer payments must be cleared into our account within three (3) business days of order placement or no later than 30 June 2026 at 3 PM AEST.

No. All EOFY pre-orders are strictly non-refundable once the invoice is issued and paid.

No. When you pre-order Lumi lightboxes, any other automated cart discounts or coupon codes are strictly excluded.

When will my pre-ordered Lumi displays actually arrive?
We anticipate warehouse intake and subsequent dispatch to commence in mid-to-late August 2026. You will receive tracking updates the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
What if my cart has a mix of pre-order and regular, on-hand items?
To keep logistics costs accurate, mixed carts will be held and dispatched as a single shipment in August.
If you urgently require some of our on-hand items (such as foldable displays or fabric tube packages) for an earlier event, please place separate orders at checkout so they can be processed and shipped independently.

What happens if a logistics delay affects my scheduled trade show?
We design our import buffers to account for standard clearances; however, our terms and conditions explicitly state that we hold no financial liability for direct or consequential losses resulting from third-party shipping delays, including missed event space fees or lost marketing opportunities.

Can I change my delivery address between June and August?
Yes. Email us at support@exhibitcentral.com.au until 31 July 2026 to modify your final corporate delivery address. After this date, your info is locked into our logistics network, and further address changes may incur rerouting fees from our carriers.

Does this pre-order campaign apply to products other than Lumi?
No. The EOFY pre-order program is exclusive to our Lumi range of modular, illuminated kits and packages. Other product brands that are currently marked as available on our store are subject to regular checkout and dispatch rules.
Can we submit our custom graphic artwork files later?
Yes. You may upload your print-ready artwork files to our production team any time before 10 July 2026, ensuring your graphics are printed, finished, and ready the moment your pre-ordered hardware is available for delivery.
What if our submitted artwork doesn’t fit the Lumi dimensions?
Once you submit your files, we conduct a pre-flight artwork check for any resolution or sizing discrepancies. We will flag them with you immediately to ensure your graphics are perfectly tailored to your hardware before printing begins.
What is the warranty period for the pre-ordered items?
The EOFY pre-order program is strictly for Lumi products, which are covered by our standard 30-day warranty period for hardware. You can learn more about our warranty policy.
Can I return and/or refund pre-ordered items?
Our standard return and exchange policies apply to manufacturing defects. However, please note that items cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund after an invoice has been claimed for an EOFY tax deduction. In the event of a component issue, we will promptly offer hardware replacements or repairs to ensure your display is event-ready.
