Artwork Requirements
Our preferred method of file submission is High Quality Print PDF. The final file must be print ready using the artwork template supplied by us (found on our website) and specifications listed below. Submitted files that are not print ready and not according to specification will be rejected. For any asisstance email support@exhibitcentral.com.au.
Resolution
The best printing results are achieved when the resolution of the images are between 150-300dpi at final print size (full size). Images submitted at higher than 300dpi will create larger file sizes without any visible gain in print quality.
Colour
All colours must be defined in CMYK. If converted from RGB to CMYK significant colour changes can occur, please proof your colours prior to submission. Pantone Spot Colours may be requested, but exact colour matches are not always possible.
Bleed
All artwork submitted must include bleed, based off our artwork template supplied by us. Artwork without bleed will not be accepted as it will have a white boarder on the edges.
Fonts
Ensure that all fonts are outlined. If a font in your artwork is missing, this can result in your text displaying incorrectly when printed. The best way to avoid this is by outlining your text. To do this, you can select Type > Create Outlines.
Proofing
We will provide you with an artwork approval document for your approval. Customers are to confirm all artwork dimensions, spelling, images & information prior to approving. Once the proof has been accepted and signed by the client, Exhibit Central does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in relation to the proof, nor shall Exhibit Central be liable for any damages or loss as a result of those errors or omissions after the original proof has been approved by the client. Delays in your artwork approval will result in delays for the expected delivery time.
Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for most products is normally 5-8 business days from approval and receipt of payment. Artwork must be submitted and artwork proof approved for the printing production to begin. Delays in your artwork approval will result in delays for the expected delivery time.
